Ingredients

FILLING:  Chicken (30%), leeks, mushroom, gorgonzola cheese (milk)

PASTRY:  Wheat flour (iron, niacin, thiamine, calcium), butter (milk), salt 

GRAVY:  Chicken stock (bones from chicken above), leek, carrot, onion, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, Chicken roux (fats and oils from above, Wheat flour)

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°. For fan assisted ovens turn fan on high and humidity on high. Remove from cardboard box and place foil container on a baking tray. Bake in oven for approximately 20 mins until the pie filling is piping hot and the pastry is golden brown all over. 

Delivery and Storage Information

We despatch fresh produce Monday through Thursday to try and avoid items sitting in transit longer than is necessary.

Your pie will be delivered frozen with fresh uncooked pastry and a cooked filling.  

For immediate baking, defrost the pie before following the cooking instructions above.  The frozen pie can be placed in a freezer for up to one month.
